We want to create an environment where people can feel free, and our hope is to make second home be a place where you can rely on when something happens, and a place where you can return safely.
We work closely with related organizations and staff to provide services that maximize the potential and hopes of each individual. It can be used by people with physical or mental problems (long-term care insurance/medical insurance). Instructions and a care plan from a doctor/care manager are required for introduction.
Please feel free to contact us as we will explain it in an easy-to-understand manner for those who do not understand the flow and system.

About staff
Our home-visit nursing staff have undergone designated training for psychiatric emergency wards, chronic wards, outpatients, and psychiatric home-visit nursing.
In addition to psychiatry, we have experienced general medicine, surgery, ER, obstetrics and gynecology (midwives), so we can respond to needs such as physical consultation in addition to mental.
We are able to dispatch native English speakers as interpreters and nursing assistants as needed.
Some staff members have relatives and families with handicaps. We have multiple experienced midwives and also support obstetric liaisons.
Not only from a medical point of view, but also from my own experience, we can make suggestions and give advice on social resources. We also focus on support for developmental disabilities, child rearing, social rehabilitation, and return to work.
